8 frozen strawberries2 frozen bananas8 oz. plain yogurt8 oz. orange juice (or to desired consistency)Flax seed, ground as topping, optional (not in nutrition analysis)Honey, maple syrup or sugar as sweetener, optional (not in nutritional analysis)
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding orange juice slowly to desired consistency.
After pouring into glasses, top each glass with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if desired.
