homemade tapioca pudding

Ingredients
1 egg 1/3 cup sugar2 3/4 cup milk2 tbsp tapioca1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
mix all but vanilla let set for 5 minutes then cook on medium heat till rolling boil. Stir entire time. remove from heat add vanilla. pudding thickens as it cools.
