1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top Cornbread Stuffing Mix1/2lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1in pieces1 can (10 3/4oz condensed cream of chicken soup (i like campbell's 98% fat free)1/3 cup Breakstone's fat free sour cream16 oz frozen mixed vegetables, thawed & drained
PREHEAT oven to 400. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package and set aside. MIX chicken soup, sour cream, and vegetables in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Top with stuffing. BAKE for 30min or until chicken is cooked through.
