Ingredients
zucchini, sugar, flour, butter, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg
Directions
cook zucchini with the lemon juice until tender, about 20 min. Add 1C. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp nutmeg. Cook a couple min. Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine 4 C flour, 2 C sugar. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles small crumbles. Add 1/2 C of crust mixture to zucchini mix. Press 1/2 of the remaining crust mixture into a 10x15 greased jellyroll pan. Pour zucchini mixture over crust and sprinkle remaining crust mixture on top. Bake at 375 or 30-40 min
