Jello Salad

Ingredients
Whole container of Cool whip LiteWhole container of Cottage Cheese 1% fatSugar free Jello packet (just for flavor)Can of fruit cocktail (Safeway's Eating Right fruit cocktail is in the nutritional information)
Directions
Take the Cool Whip from the freezer and sit it on the counter to soften a few minutes. You are putting the whole containers of all of the food listed, mix well and place in the fridge to thicken for a few minutes. The mix makes about 26 cups of Jello Salad. In my family, we eat about 1 cup each (sometimes more!) Enjoy!

    I made this recipes many times, now my children make it it is affectionately called the pink stuff I never knew the name for it. There is rarely leftovers. Quick and easy sweet but not overpowering...... - 7/5/10

    Thank you! It is definitely a family favorite in my house!
    You can change it by using a different kind of sugar free jello packet (orange OR lime are the best)
    Or a different kind of canned (pineapples, mandrin oranges) or fresh fruit (grapes, strawberries).
