Chocolate Cheesecake Pudding

Ingredients
2 cups cottage cheese (nutrition info is for 1% fat)3 tbsp. splenda3 tbsp. unsweetened baking cocoa
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processer and mix until smooth and uniform in texture. Yep--it's that easy.
Spoon into bowls and enjoy.

Makes 4 half cup servings.

This is even better topped with fresh strawberries.
