    the buttering outside saves on the calories, I like to use butter versus margerine based substances as the personal trainer I had said the body can handle 'real' ingredients much better then synthetic. Thanks! - 2/5/09

    I like it better with both sides toasted for a few minutes in the skillet using fat free cooking spray or olive oil (or butter, but the olive oil and cooking spray have less fat... of course.) - 8/4/07
