Ingredients
Basically, mix 3 cups of any Frozen fruit, 1 frozen bananna, 1 cup of Orange Juice, 1 cup of Fat Free Milk, 1 cup of any flavor low fat yogurtLiquidfy in a blender and serve - perfect for breakfast!!!!
Directions
Makes 3 Large Servings: Blend all ingredience in blender until smooth. Can be frozen for Icecream treat later.....
