Soft Sugar Cookies (Drop not Roll)

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar1/2 cup non-hydrogenated tub margarine1/2 cup nonfat yogurt1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1 egg2 teaspoons baking powder1 cup whole grain white flour1 cup white flour
Directions
Makes about 3 dozen

1. Mix wet ingredients and then combine with dry.
2. Chill for 2 hours


3. Preheat oven to 350
4. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet
5. Bake 10 minutes
