Chickpea Pasta Salad

Ingredients
2 cup penne noodles2/3 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans)1/2 cup chopped raw carrots1/2 cup chopped green peppers1 tbsp olive oil1/2 clove of garlic
Directions
1. Cook pasta according to instructions. (NOTE: a healthier version would include whole-grain pasta instead of white, but this is what I used)
2. Strain chickpeas and add to pasta.
3. Chop veggies and add.
4. Mix up your own dressing or simply use oil and garlic.
5. Refrigerate.
Enjoy!
(NOTE: add 1/2 canned corn for a sweet taste)
