20 oz ground lean turkey2 cloves garlic, minced1 large onion, chopped1 medium green bell pepper, chopped14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes14.5 oz can diced tomatoes15 oz can kidney beans (you can add 2 cans but it will increase calories per serving by 52)1 packet McCormick chili seasoning1 tablespoon cumin6 oz can tomato pasteChili powder, optional
-Brown ground turkey over medium heat, add garlic, onions and green pepper.
-Add tomatoes, beans, chili seasoning, cumin and tomato paste and chili powder (optional).
-Cook over low/medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
-You can weigh the chili with a kitchen scale and divide the amount by 6 to get an accurate serving. Top with a serving of Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese and whole wheat crackers for added goodness!
