Citrus baked Talapia

*Fish - Talapia, 4 serving White Wine, 6 fl oz Oranges, .5 large (3-1/16" dia)Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 clove Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Non-stick cooking spray

Pre-heat oven to 350
spray pan with non-stick spray
put fish in pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper
mince garlic and sprinkle fish with it
slice lemon and orange into thin slices, lay on top of fish
slice onion into thin slices and lay ontop of fish
pour wine gently into the bottom of pan
cover in foil and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes until fish is flaky
