Ingredients
In one bowl:2 cups almond flour1 bag 60% dark chocolate chips2 tablespoon flax seedIn another bowl:1 cup non-hydrogenated margarine1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2cup unsweetened peach puree1 egg1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Combine ingedients for each bowl separately
3. Combine both bowls until mixed well
4. Scoop onto ungreased baking sheet
5. Bake 8-10 minutes each batch

    I made these but I use butter instead of margarine and a little more vanilla. Plus I make them bite size so I get about 60 out of the batch. They are very good not too sweet. I am considering adding cinnamon to my next batch. My husband loved them. - 2/15/16
