HCG Chili Recipe

Ingredients
100g lean ground beef1 roma tomato dicedpinch of onion powderpinch of garic powderpinch of oregano1/4 tsp chili powderdash cayenne peppersea salt and pepper2 Tbsp water
Directions
Brown up ground beef with minced onion, sea salt and pepper to taste. I like to add a little water to help cook the beef. Once the beef is brown add diced tomatoes, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and 2 TBSP water. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tomato looks cooked. Eat immediately. Recipe equals - 1 protein and 1 vegetable for phase 2.
