Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup natural peanut butter1/2 cup butter, softened1/2 cup white sugar1/2 cup brown sugar1 egg3 T non-fat milk1 t vanilla essence1 1/4 cup wholemeal flour3/4 t baking powder1/4 t salt
Directions
Cream butter and sugar. Add peanut butter, egg, milk and vanilla essence. Sift dry ingredients. Mix dry and wet ingredients. Put spoonfuls 2 inches apart on baking tray. Press with fork (not too hard!!). Bake at 180 C for 15-20 mins.
