Mango Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
3/4 C Canola Oil3/4 C Major Grey's mango chutney6 tablespoons unsesoned rice vinegar6 3/4 tablespoons soy sauce (Tamari)1 1/2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard1 1/2 teaspoons dried crushed red pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover tightly: blend until dressing is smooth - Season w/ salt & pepper (I omitted the salt & pepper).

Can refrigerate up to 1 week - use 50% of the dressing on Asian Chicken Noodle Salad with Snap Peas
