Wendy's Ginger Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup sugar3/4 Cup Butter1/4 cup molasses1 egg1 cup white flour1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour1 Tbs. fresh finely grated ginger1 Tbs. ground ginger2 teas. baking soda1/4 teas. salt
Directions
Mix together flours, soda and salt.
Cream together first four ingredients.
Add ginger to cream mixture.
Mix dry ingredients into wet.
Scoop 1 inch balls and roll each in sugar crystals.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.
