Salmon with Honey and Mustard Glaze

Ingredients
1 tbsp packed brown sugar1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp honey1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce1 tbsp Dijon mustard2 cloves garlic, minced4 4 oz salmon fillets
Directions
1. Mix together all ingredients, except for the salmon.

2. Place the salmon in a shallow glass dish and pour the marinade over the top of each fillet.

3. Cover and refrigerate for 15 - 45 minutes.

4. Grill in foil packets until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
