Apple Mushroom Turkey Burger

Ingredients
(1 lb ground turkey, 5 mushrooms finely chopped, � small onion finely chopped, � apple finely chopped, � T coconut oil, 1 t lemon juice, 1 egg, � t salt, garlic powder and pepper to taste.
Directions
Fry onion until brown, add apples and mushrooms stir fry for 4 min. place all ing into large bowl and mix thoroughly. Form into 2 large patties and broil 4� from heat, 6 min on each side.
