Baked Chicken and Chilis

Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, no bones 500 grams * Sour Cream, reduced fat, 3 tbsp * Milk, 1%, 1 cup * Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 1 teaspoon * Diced Green Chilis, canned, 1 small can * Cheddar Cheese (or Monterey Jack), 100 g, shredded
Directions
Wash and place chicken in a baking dish that was sprayed with PAM.

Blend together the rest of the ingredients except for he cheese and pour over the chicken. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Spread cheese and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and chicken is done.

Serve 4 large portions with whole wheat tortillas or rice and a salad.

    Very flavorful, will make again! I used non fat milk, light sour cream, reduced fat cheese & 3 chicken breasts cut in half. The totals for this recipe were enough for a whole chicken breast (8oz!) - 8/4/10
