Kelly's Green Smoothie

Ingredients
Zucchini chopped (ends removed), baby, 1 mediumCarrots chopped, raw, including greens 2 mediumBeet greens, fresh, 2 cupBlueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup, unthawed*Peaches, fresh, .5 cup slices*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yieldsBanana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Directions
Simply rinse fruits and vegetables, cut larger ones and put into blender. Start blending slowly (I have a Kitchen Aide blender that works nicely!) and proceed through the stages until you are on liquify for an approximate total of 5 minutes.

Please feel free to change the ingredients to use whatever you have available. I use organic, fresh produce from my CSA, what I've frozen in my freezer, or whatever is available at the store. A great way to up vegetable and fruit intake.

Add chard or spinach for more protien. Add water to thin out (I like mine a little chunky and drink through a larger straw, but suit to your taste!).
