2 - 14.5 oz. cans of Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained1 Jalapeno Pepper, remove seeds and fibers, chopped fineApprox. 1/4 cup of fresh Cilantro, chopped fineI med sweet raw onion chopped fine (approx. 1 cup)Two fresh limes
1. Mix the drained tomatoes, jalapeno pepper, onions and cilantro in a bowl.
2. Squeeze the two limes over the mixture.
3. Place in an airtight container - best if made at least a few hours in advance of serving so flavors have a chance to combine.
