fried fish

Ingredients
3/4 cup white corn meal1/2 cup white flour1.5 tsp salt1/2 tsp cumin1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp black pepper2 tbsp vegetable oilfish, 6 pieces
Directions
in a bowl, mix corn meal, flour, salt, cumin, garlic powder, and black pepper.

in a separte bowl, dip the fish in water, then dip in the dry mixture, and fry.

i used 4 tbsp of oil to fry the fish in, and it came out nice and crispy.
