Tina's Chocolate Berry Protein shake

Ingredients
2/3 cup unsweetened apple juice1/2 a banana1/2 cup berries (I like blackberries)1/2 cup of ice1/2 cup of water1 tbls cocoa powder (I like extra dark Hershey's)2 scoops of protein powder ( I use plain flavor)
Directions
Put the all of the ingredients into your blender. Blend until the ice is all crunched up and the protein powder is mixed in.
This makes about 4 cups, which is one serving!
