Tamale Pie

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef, turkey, pork or combination1 medium onion, diced2 cloves garlic, minced2 jalapenos, seeded and diced1 can creamed corn1 can pureed tomatoes1 can whole black olives1 cup Jiffy corn bread mix2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Brown the meat in a dutch oven. Add onion and garlic and cook until just soft and transparent. Remove from heat and drain excess fat. Add remaining ingredients, saving the cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes uncovered. Add cheese to top and bake another 30 minutes
