Mango Salsa

Ingredients
One whole mango dicedred Onions, .5 cup, chopped Jalapeno Peppers, .25 cup, minced fresh Lime Juice, .125 cup fresh Cilantro chopped, 2 tbspchopped garlic, 1 tsp Salt and pepper to taste (nutritional is based on 1/4 tsp of salt - likely about twice the amount I added, so start with less and taste)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and let marinate in the refridgerator for a few hours before serving. this is great with fish - Talapia or Mahi Mahi.
