Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
1.5 lb. of fresh carrots sliced1/2 cup of brown sugar1 Tblsp. of Potato Starch2 Tblsp. of water1/4 cup of melted butter
Directions
Cook carrots until half done.
Mix the rest of the ingrediants in a seperate bowl.
Place mixture in a skillet on med. heat.
Add carrots and continue to cook until sauce thickens.
