Easy Cheesy Portabella Chicken Bake

1small chicken breast 1sausage patty cooked and chopped 1Portabella Mushroom (any kind works) 1/2 cup Fontina Cheese (may substitute any cheese you like) 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise 1 clove peeled garlic Crushed Red Pepper FlakesDash Cayenne pepperDash saltDash black pepper
Season Chicken with salt, pepper, and cayenne. pan fry with the sausage until thoroughly cooked, Slice the mushrooms and garlic and in a separate pan sauté with olive oil until nicely brown.
Set your oven to Broil on high and combine the meat and mushroom mixture in a small pan, add mayonnaise and ˝ fontina cheese, mix thoroughly and top with parmesan cheese and the other half fontina and broil until golden brown. top with crushed red pepper flakes ENJOY!!!
