Apple Butter Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour4 tsp Baking Powder3 tbsp Splenda1/2 tsp Salt1 large egg1-1/2 cups skim milk1/3 cup Apple Butter1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries (whole or mashed)
Directions
Mix flour, baking powder, Splenda, Salt in large bowl. set aside.

Mix Egg (beat), Milk, Apple Butter in small bowl...Mix and stir into flour mix. Stir entire mix until only slightly lumpy.

Fold in blueberries (they may be whole or mashed up).

Cook on griddle as any pancake.

Makes about 14 pancakes (4"-5").
