Whole wheat berry pancakes with flax

Ingredients
Salt, 0.50 tsp (remove) Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove) Canola Oil, 0.25 cup (remove) Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove) Egg white, 4 serving (remove) *Flax Seed, 2 tbsp (remove) Splenda, 6 tsp (remove) Whole Wheat Berries, 1 cup (remove) Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)Water, tap, 0.75 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Blend wheat berries with 1 cup milk in a blender for approximately 1 minute, add 3/4 cup water and blend for about 2 minutes. Add in rest of ingredients and blend well. Be sure to grind flax seed before adding to pancake batter.

Cook on griddle with oooking spray.
