Vegetable Lasagne

Ingredients
Mushrooms 1 boxPeppers - these can be red or yellow, 2 or 3 for a family sizeCourgette or 2 for family sizeSweetcornTomato and Basil Pasta SauceWhite Lasagne SauceLasagne Pasta Sheets
Directions
Makes 6 servings
Chop all the vegetables and pour into a pan with the pasta sauce and stir until boiling. Heat white sauce until boiling before removing both from heat. Place one layer of lasagne pasta on base of lasagne dish and add a medium thick layer of pasta sauce and vegetables and a small layer of white sauce. Repeat until top of dish or run out of pasta sauce and vegetable mix. Pour a small amount of white sauce onto top and sprinkle grated cheese over top. Cook for 30-40 minutes on gas mark 6-7 (180-190 degrees). Serve with salad or alone.
