Chicken salad with peaches

Ingredients
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked1 small, sliced fresh peachesapprox. 1 tsp olive oilapprox. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegarapprox. 1 tsp low-salt soy sauce (OPTIONAL)about 1/2 cup shredded (or broken) of your favorite lettuce
Directions
Makes 1 serving

In your favorite salad bowl, place lettuce, cut up chicken, then sliced peaches. Mix the oil and vinegar and drizzle over your salad. Sprinkle with optional soy sauce if you choose.
