Yeast Bread Pizza Dough (doesn't include toppings!)

Ingredients
3 tsp active dry yeast.2 fl oz water 90*F14 oz bread flour6 fl oz water cool1 tsp salt2 T olive oil1.5 T honey
Directions
1. stir the yeast and the hot water (dissolve) add the flour.
2. stir the remaining ingreadients into the flour mixture, knead with a dough hook or by hand until smooth and elastic (window pane test) about 5 min.
3. place the dough in a lightly greased bowl and cover. Ferment the dough in a warm place for 30 min. until doubled. punch the dough down and divide into portions. The dough can be refirgerated for up to 2 days.
4. on a lighlty floured surface, roll the dough into very thin rounds and top as desired. Bake at 400*F until crisp and golden brown, approximately 8 to 12 minutes.

This makes 1 Large Pizza (cut into 8 slices) or 8 Individual Pizza's.
