1 1/2 Tbl prune baby food1 tsp garam masala1/2 tsp minced garlic1/2 tsp salt4 (4-oz) lamb rib chops, trimmed (about 1 inch thick)1/2 C dry breadcrumbsCooking spray (I use EVOO)
Preheat broiler.
Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish. Coat broiler pan with cooking spray. Rub lamp chops with mixture, dredge in breadcrumbs, place on broiler pan. Coat lamb with cooking spray. Broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serving = 2 chops.
