Ingredients

    3 pork chops
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp rosemary
    500 g cauliflower
    500 g potatos
    1 onion
    2 cloves of gralic
    5 cherry tomatos
    1 tsp chilipowder
    1 tsp paprika
    2 tsp turmeric
    salt and pepper
    1.5 lemon

Directions

Mix oil and chopped rosemary. Put on pork chops and let them marinade on a plate untill youre ready for frying them.
Chop the cauliflover in 'bouqets' and the potatos in slightly smaler bits. Chop the onion and garlic, half the cherry tomatos and half the lemon.
Boil the potatos and cowliflower in water till half done. Fry onion and garlic with chili, paprika and turmeric. Add cowliflower, potatos and tomatos. Fry till browned.
Fry the halfed lemons on a pan on the sliced side till browned. Fry the pork chops on a grill or frying pan till done (about 3-5 mins on each side).
Serve with lemons on the side so you can sprinkle the meat and vegtables to your own liking. I like it with lots of lemon juice :)
