Whole Wheat Spaghetti w/Veggies and Tomatoes

Ingredients
1.15 lbs ground pork1 bag (12 oz) mixed California Vegetables (any brand is fine)3 cups diced tomatoes1/2 tsp ground cayanne1/2 tsp ground paprika5 garlic cloves, diced1 medium onion, chopped1/2 cup water8 cups water1 box (13.5 oz) Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat spaghetti
Directions
Over medium/high heat, in a large pan, saute pork until almost cooked through. Add water, onion and garlic, cook until translucent. Add ground tomatoes, cayanne, paprika, fennel seeds. Continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes until done.

In a separate pot, bring 8 cups of water to a boil. Add pasta. Cook until done. Drain water.

Serve sauce over pasta or mix pasta and sauce and then serve.

Makes eight (8) 1.5 cup servings. Serving size suggestion = 1.5 cups.
