Ingredients
2 tomatoes, diced1/4 c. coriander, fresh, chopped1/4 c. onion, chopped or 2 green onions, chopped1/2 T. lime juice1/2 T. red wine vinegar1 T. olive oil1/4 t. pepper
Directions
Mix everything together and serve. With my new food processor, I rough chop everything and then pulse until the right consistency.
