2 T. Olive oil1 t. Chili powder1/2 t. paprika1/2 t. ground cumin1/2 t. black pepper4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless (about 100 g each)
1. Combine marinade ingredients in a large ziploc bag and mix.
2. Add chicken. Seal bag. Massage marinade to coat the chicken. At this point, you can freeze and cook later.
3. Grill the chicken, about 10 minutes per side until the juices are clear.
4. Serves 4.
