Green Beans with Dijon Vinaigrette

1 lb fresh green beans1/4 cup olive oil2-3 cloves garlic2 tsp Dijon mustard1/3 cup walnuts, choppedSalt and Pepper to taste
Steam green beans. While steaming, saute garlic in olive oil one minute in skillet. Add walnuts and mustard and cook another two minutes until nuts are toasted. Pour over green beans and serve. Salt and pepper to taste.
