Noodles with stir-fried chilli veg

Ingredients
250g pack of medium egg noodles1 tbs of tomato puree2 tbs soy sauce2 tbs sweet chilli sauce1 tbs sunflower oilsmall piece root gingergrated ginger325 pack chinese style stir fry veggies
Directions
Cook noodles for 4 mins and then drain well

Mix the tomato puree, soy, and chilli sauces in a small bowl with 150ml of water.

Heat oil in large pan or wok - add ginger and veg and stiry fry for two mins.

Add the noodles and sauce to the wok and cook for a further 2-3 mins until everything is piping hot.
