BAKED BUFFALO CHICKEN

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, boneless skinless1/4 cup hot sauce1 tbsp. white vinegar1 tbsp. stick margarine, melted1 tsp. celery seeds1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.

2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Place chicken in an 11x17-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray.

3. Combine hot sauce and next four ingredients; pour over chicken.

4. Bake, uncovered, at 400ºF. for 25 minutes.

5. Serve with blue cheese dressing. (not included in nutritional information)
