Fresh & Filling Summer Salad

Ingredients
Avocados, California (Haas), 1/2 without skin and seedTomato, red, ripe, raw, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4")Spinach, fresh, 1 cupBlueberries, fresh, 15 berriesOscar Mayer Deli Fresh Smoked Turkey Breast, shaved, 3 slices (torn)Maple Grove Farms of Vermont Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette, 1 tbsp
Directions
Measure 1 cup of fresh spinach and place that in a bowl. Wash and chop avocado (without peel), tomato, and cucumber (with peel) and add that to the bowl. Tear 3 slices of turkey onto the top of the other ingredients. Add 15 blueberries and 1 tablespoon of the vinaigrette to the bowl and toss everything together. Enjoy!
