Chicken Salad with Green Fruit

Ingredients
~3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast~1 cup heavy cream or half adn half~2 cups honeydew melon balls (or chunks if you dare)~2 cups cucumber slices (skined)~2 cups green grapes-split~1 cup blanched sliced almonds~1-0.5 teaspoon black pepper~1 teaspoon salt~Grated zest of 1 lemon~0.5 cup chopped fresh dill~1 cup mayonaise~2 tbsp tarragon, gound~2 tbsp tarragon vinegar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arange chicken in a single layer in a large baking pan. Spread evenly with cream and bake until dine to you taste, about 25 minutes. Cool completely in the cream then remove the chiken and shred into bite size peices. Combine with the rest of the ingrdients and toss to mix. Serve chilled.
