Spaghetti with meat sauce

Ingredients
1 lb ground chuck1 onion chopped 1 sweet red bell pepper1 T Italian Herb Seasoning Blend1 tsp dried hot red pepper flakes1 sm can V8 Vegetable Juice Cocktail1 14 oz can petite diced tomatoes1 8oz can tomato sauce12 oz angel hair pasta, cooked
Directions
Saute the meat in large skillet, rinse and drain in colander.
Place back in skillet, add onion, pepper and spices and saute till meat is browned and vegetables softened slightly.
Add V8, tomatoes, and tomato sauce, stir till blended.
Put entire mixture in a slow cooker, till time to serve. Cook angel hair pasta 5-10 mins before serving with sauce.

**I usually cook the spaghetti sauce in a slow cooker on low, at least 3 hours, then on warm till ready to serve.
