one can of black beans drainedone can of corn drainedone cup of ricetwo cups of watersalt and pepper
Directions
combine rice, drained beans and corn, and water. bring to a boil. reduce heat and simmer for20-25 minutes. Add salt and pepper.

serve with a sprinkle of cheese, salsa, and warm corn tortillas.
