Pumpkin hummus

Ingredients
1 x 410g can or 1-2 cups drained and rinsed chickpeas1.5 cups cooked pumpkin2 cloves garlic, crushed1-2 tsp sesame oil (or 2 Tbsp sesame seeds)Juice of 2 lemonspinch cayenne or chilli powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 3-4 cups - 8 servings

Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor adding water or chicken stock to form a smooth, creamy textured dip. Adjust seasonings to taste.

If you prefer your pumpkin warm (as I do), heat for 20 seconds in the microwave before serving.
