Banana Walnut Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup pancake mix1 cup skim milk1 large egg white1 tbsp vegetable oil1 banana, very ripe1/2 cup walnuts
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix together pancake mix, egg white, milk and oil. Mash banana and add to mixture. Chop walnuts and add to mixture. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
