Jayne's White Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/2 C. white wine vinegar1/4 C. EVOO1 T. dijon mustard2 cloves garlic, crushed/mincedFresh ground pepper (I use a tri-pepper corn blend)Fresh ground sea saltBaby dill, minced (about 1 T)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a shaker. Shake well and serve. Can be used as salad dressing or marinade. This is really good as a marinade for fish.
