Chili With a Zing

Ingredients
12 c. pinto beans, cooked1 medium Onion, chopped1 large Red Ripe Tomato, cut into 1 inch peices1/2 c. Sweet Corn, fresh1 tbsp. Salt1 lb ground beef, raw2 tsp. Garlic powder2 1/2 tsp. Chili powder1 tbsp. Blue Cheese or Roquefort Cheese Salad Dressing2 tsp. Organic no salt seasoning1/4 tsp. Ginger, ground1/2 tsp. Pepper, black6 leaves fresh Basil
Directions
Cook ground beef and water with onions and add basil while simmering. Once meat is browned, add to beans, and add spices, stirring well after each addition. Cook on medium heat until heated through, and add tomatoes and corn. Makes about 30 1/2 cup servings.
