Iceberg lettuce, shredded purple cabbage, and shredded carrots.
You can make this or just buy a bag of cheap salad at the store. I don't find this salad particularly nutritionally dense, so I usually add a bag of spinach to this, plus sliced tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers in a big Tupperware in order to have salad on hand all week in the fridge. Then I use the ready-made salad on sandwiches, inside omelets, etc. Nice to have on hand!
